  • When services are booked, an account is automatically created for you. Simply follow the email instructions to set up your account, choose a password and you’re ready to go!! Alternatively, you can create and log in to your account at any time.

  • Our prices are based on the number of factors such the square footage of your space and number of bedrooms/bathrooms in your home/condo. Our pricing is backed by The Clean Junkie Guarantee. Once your selections are made, the price is shown instantly. Your space is very important to us, top to bottom, and our pricing allows us the appropriate time to make your sh*t sparkle!

  • Absolutely!! We are a custom cleaning service for that very reason (reasonable of course) and have many a la carte extras to add to any service to prove it! Personalization is a priority - tag, you’re it.

  • Nope! You can cancel at any time you wish. But we do have a DISCOUNT program for our Pre-Paying VIPs that offers substantial savings on every cleaning. You will only sign our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when we start our cleaning relationship.

  • You get to pick your day and time based on our availability. We clean Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 5:00 p.m. You can pick an arrival time slot of either: 8:00am or 1:00 p.m. Some of cleaners are available for an earlier start time within our 1pm time slot - they are just that good- and you may be contacted by our office to see if we can start the party ahead of time. Our clients are not stuck waiting all day for us to show up!

  • We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee, verify job history, and conduct employment verifications. Our outstanding record of quality hiring and our low employee turnover make us one of the safest services worthy of your trust. We rank safety and security at the top of our business priorities.

  • Tipping isn't required but is a nice gesture and very much appreciated because it allows customers to show gratitude for the exceptional service received and helps support the income of our Rockstars.

  • At The Clean Junkie, we prioritize cleanliness and efficiency in our cleaning appointments. To ensure consistent service quality, we have a bed-making policy that includes changing only one set of sheets per cleaning appointment. Please provide clean linen on the stripped of your choice.

We bring non-toxic cleaning products and top of the line equipment that are both safe for people, pets, and the planet to EVERY cleaning appointment. Please let us know if you have any special requests – we love swapping cleaning tips - and would be happy to accommodate your cleaning needs.

  • No, you do not need to be home while the magic is happening, but it’s certainly welcomed. WE LOVE OUR CLIENTS (especially the furry ones). We will obtain and secure access, per your instructions, before the actual appointment.

  • Our work is backed by The Clean Junkie 100% guarantee - if you are not satisfied, we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.

  • We love our furry friends and treat them like our own (and even take occasional selfies with them and post on our social media). Your special instructions regarding our furry friends are noted on all cleaning work orders so our Rockstar Cleaners will know your wishes.

  • We understand that situations do happen. Just give us 24 business hours notice of the change in your plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service. For recurring clients, no more than 1 cancellation is allowed before an additional initial cleaning will be required before continuing the recurring service.

  • We’re not a franchise–we can do what you want! Just add our a la carte extras in your dashboard to your cleaning a few days before your appointment and we’ll handle the rest! Ovens, fridge, interior windows - we got you!
